RG-DBP-001 Usage of Write-line Activity
Description
This rule inspects the workflow to verify the usage of Write Line activity.
Impact
Using the Write Line activity will not allow the configuration of desired logging level. The Write Line activity outputs logs at trace level, rather than information level. Additionally, the diagnostic messages will not be saved for later.
Mitigation
Use the ‘Log Message’ activity to define the appropriate logging level for a message and access them from UiPath Orchestrator. This activity should only be used to transient debugging, and should be removed once complete.
