This rule verifies whether the project is utilizing Robotic Enterprise Framework.
Impact
Not using the Robotic Enterprise Framework, especially for complex business processes, would require a lot of additional development work to provide default functionality available in the framework. The template offers, at minimum, a way to store, read, and easily modify project configuration data, a robust exception handling scheme, and event logging for all exceptions and relevant transaction information so that complex codes are easy to manage.
